Our fitness program has helped thousands of people achieve their goals, and you too can be one of them. Yes, change can be quite hard and even scary, but as the famous saying goes: “If you don’t sacrifice for what you want, what you want becomes the sacrifice!” So go on and achieve your goal to have a healthy body, while maintaining a positive relationship with food and engaging in amazing workouts. We will lay out a strong foundation so you can take the right steps to achieve success. All of us want to FEEL GOOD, and waking up to a body that looks and feels amazing is worth ALL the effort.

Underground Training

What you get:

  • 5 weekly strength and conditioning workouts (limited equipment option available).
  • Access to a private Facebook group where you can connect with like-minded athletes.
  • Daily coaching on your workout of the day.
  • Live community workout on Zoom every Saturday morning.

Qualifications for Underground Training Club

  • Upper Body strength: 20 push ups from knees, unbroken. Males-30 Lower Body Strength: 20 reverse alternating lunges in less than 60 seconds
  • Endurance: Sub 10 minute miles. Males - 9:00 minutes
  • Core strength: Hold at least 1 minute plank, unbroken.
  • Skill: 10 double unders, unbroken.
  • Skill: 10 second handstand hold on wall.
  • Strength endurance: 30 Russian Kettlebell Swings, unbroken. Females - 12kg/Males - 16kg.
