THE BREAKDOWN THAT BUILT ME
I didn’t grow up thinking I’d become a coach.
I grew up surviving—faking confidence and secretly hating what I saw in the mirror.
I got really good at hiding it behind humor. Sarcasm. Hustle. Muscles, even.
But the truth?
I didn’t respect myself. Because I knew I was being soft on myself.
Then came that moment in the shower.
I remember sitting on the floor, water pouring over me like it could rinse away what I was afraid to confront.
I looked down at my belly and grabbed it with both hands…
I saw more than just softness.
I saw settling.
I saw someone who talked a big game—but wasn’t living one.
I heard the athlete in me from years before say…
“This is the body of someone who makes excuses.”
This is the life of someone who’s ok with average & mediocre. This isn’t YOU, Erin…
That broke me.
And also—it built me.
Because that day, I decided I was done “trying” to get motivated.
“Trying” to stay consistent…
I was done justifying why I was where I was.
I was done acting like I was confused about what I needed to do.
I went all in on raising my standards.
“Trying is a lie, and a back door for failure before you even start.”
- Erin Attwood
📉
I dropped 40 pounds (from 175- 135) — while packing on 10 pounds of beef cake (muscle).
💥
I built muscle, yes. But more importantly, I built self-respect.
🔥
I became a woman who could walk into any room with full certainty—and OWN it.
And that opened doors I never imagined possible: business, impact, love, leadership.
But it wasn’t easy.
There were times I still wanted to comfort my feelings with food. Days when I said “just one drink” when I knew that wasn’t who I was anymore.
Mornings that I didn’t want to get out of my cozy bed—but did it anyway. Nights when I questioned if anything I was doing was even working.
And that’s when I realized:
Confidence doesn’t come from results alone.
It comes from keeping promises to yourself.
Discipline isn’t punishment.
It’s what makes you free and unstoppable.
That’s the life I live now.
And it’s the standard I hold for every woman I coach.
FROM LIABILITY TO LEADER
I grew up in Israel.
In a home filled with love… but also tension. Fear. Insecurity.
I didn’t know how to process my emotions—so I controlled what I could.
Food. Exercise. Perfection.
For years, I wore discipline like armor… but inside, I was still running from myself.
Until I got that frantic phone call from my mom...
“Sarit… your dad had a heart attack.”
I was on a flight within hours. Not knowing if I’d get to say goodbye.
He survived. But something in me shifted forever.
Because I saw it with terrifying clarity:
I was his replica.
Same patterns. Same stress. Same future. And if I didn’t change, I’d become the person putting my family through that pain.
That was the day I stopped performing health and started living it.
📉
I lost over 40 pounds—not by being perfect, but by being relentless in my consistency.
🧠
I rewired my relationship with food, control, and my own worth.
💪🏼
I built a body that makes TSA at the airport ask, “do you workout?”
👑
I became a woman who leads herself… and empowers others to do the same.
But let me be clear—it wasn’t graceful.
I still wanted to chase results with obsession. I still caught myself, at times, spiraling in old control patterns. I still had feelings of unworthiness, even when the scale said “success.”
But I kept going.
Because the alternative was staying stuck in a body and identity I didn’t believe in.
I stopped letting my past dictate my future.
I stopped making excuses—and started becoming an asset to this world.
And every woman I’ve coached since… I’ve held to that same bar.
Not because it’s easy.
But because it’s worth it.
WHERE OUR STORIES COLLIDE
Two different paths.
Same truth:
We were living beneath our potential—and it was killing us (mentally & physically).
So we rebuilt. From the inside out.
There is no external transformation without an internal transformation…
We didn’t just drop fat.
We dropped justifications, distraction, and self-sabotage.
We didn’t just build muscle.
We built discipline, alignment, and a life we’re proud of.
We created a relationship rooted in:
Authenticity
Respect
Communication
And an unapologetic pursuit of our potential, known as excellence!
And now—we show other women how to do the same.
YOU KNOW THIS FEELING, DON’T YOU?
You’ve got the training habits.
You eat “healthy” (ish).
You know what to do.
But deep down, you’re irritated.
Because you’re not where you want to be.
Because you keep letting little things slide, pretending it doesn’t matter.
Because you know—you’ve been playing below your level.
We see it in your eyes.
We hear it in your questions.
We feel it in your frustration.
And we want you to know this:
You’re not broken.
You’re not behind.
You’re just operating beneath your standard.
And you don’t have to stay there.
If you resonate with our stories, we assure you, you are in the right place…
Welcome home.
“You are what you repeatedly do.
Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
- Aristotle
